Let’s Get Our Acts Together

It is so sad tonight to see what had happen in Dallas, Texas. 11 officers were shot. 5 of them died. 1 civilian was also shot.
Also, sad that two lives were already taken earlier this week in Louisiana and Minnesota.
America is killing America
I will tell you now, I have faced this personally. I have dealt with racism first hand.
I will tell you now, I have faced this personally. As I, and many throughout the USA were going to begin school with all creeds, nationalities and colors my school was burnt to the ground.
In 1968 the phone rung at 5:00am, and I answered to the voice saying look at your window.
As I did I saw red flames and black smoke coming from the school I had attended since the 4th grade. I would of been entering the 9th grade that very morning.
I went to my parents bedroom and awoke them with the news.
This became a very long and hard year for our small town.
Our town became a target to be burnt down.
We had National Guard and The Military base surrounding our town to protect us from buses load of people coming into our town to kill and burn it down.
This just brings to memory what a high official of the Russia government said about America.
I have this quote below.
Church stop fighting, gossiping, and letting jealousy bring our churches down. Our churches have got so busy with business and playing church, instead of sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Instead of acting like the world, let’s get our act together, and repent and ask God to come back into our churches and our nation.
The prophets prophesy falsely. Jeremiah 14:14 says that they lie in my name. I sent them not, neither did I command them.
The word of God says in the book of Matthew that these are the days of sorrow and vengeance.
Fires destroy homes, and land kills people. Bridges fall in and kill. Tornadoes kill and destroy homes. Hurricanes destroy and kill. Floods all over the world destroy homes and kill. Droughts destroy and kill livestock and grain. Wars kill many of our young men.
Amos in the Old Testament says, “Seek me and ye shall live.”
I know you are saying, Pastor Pat, are you blaming the church? NO! But I am blaming Christians including myself for letting our freedoms and rights be taken away from us.
I am blaming Christians including myself for letting prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance for be taking out of our schools.
WHY? Because we have sit back and warmed the pew too long, instead of warming our knees at the alter.
Our country was established on Christians standards and beliefs and only we as Christians can take the responsibility for them being taken away.
So, just maybe instead of going to church this Sunday, listening to another message, then going home, eating and taking a nap, we need to go and tarry around the alter until we break through Heavens gates straight to the heart of God. God does say, “If my people…!”
A Russian leader said years ago that America will destroy herself within, not with war or by war.
“We will take America without firing a shot … we will bury you!
“We can’t expect the American people to jump from capitalism to communism, but we can assist their elected leaders in giving them small doses of socialism, until they awaken one day to find that they have communism.
“We do not have to invade the United States, we will destroy you from within.”
This is a quote attributed to the late Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev.
Sounds like a wise man, a modern day Nostradamus — and also a man who helped Stalin murder hundreds of thousands of political opponents in Russia.
I know everyone who intends to vote already has choosen their candidate. I beg you to keep in mind that freedoms we have enjoyed in the past are being taken from us a little at a time, just as Khrushchev predicted.
I think its time to turn this country around, starting now, on our knees.
