“You may know of Jesus, but do you truly know Jesus? If not ask Jesus to come into your heart today. He is just standing at the door knocking, and waiting for you to invite Him in.<\/p>\n

I had on new clothes,
\nNew sneakers on my feet.
\nI was there for class on time,
\nWent to the back and took my seat.<\/p>\n

Yeah, I’m moving up,
\nI’m already grown.
\nSoon I’ll be graduating,
\nAnd out on my own.<\/p>\n

I talked to some of my friends,
\nWe were all having fun.
\nSaid some things I shouldn’t have said.
\nDid stuff I shouldn’t have done.<\/p>\n

I knew I was different..
\nI felt God touch my heart,
\nI knew I should set a standard,
\nBut then I’d be set apart.<\/p>\n

Walking to the bus,
\nI was not looking for strength.
\nI heard the car tires screeching,
\nBut now it’s too late.<\/p>\n

I’m standing in this room,
\nAnd I can see the heavenly gate..
\nOh no! I never prayed.
\nI thought I had time to get it straight!<\/p>\n

An angel walked to me,
\nHe had a book in his hand.
\nI knew it was the Book of Life,
\nWhen would this dream end?<\/p>\n

I told him my name,
\nAnd he began to look.
\nThen he looked at me sadly and said,
\nYour name is not in this book.<\/p>\n

Angel, this is a dream,
\nNo, I can’t be dead!
\nHe closed the book and turned away,
\nHe whispered – You cannot proceed ahead.<\/p>\n

No…no this can’t be real,
\nAngel, you can’t turn me away.
\nLet me talk to God,
\nMaybe he’ll let me stay.<\/p>\n

He led me to the gate,
\nJesus came to me.
\nHe did not let me in but said,
\nBeloved what is your need?<\/p>\n

Jesus, I cried, please,
\nDon’t cast me away from you.
\nTears ran down his face as he said,
\nYou knew what you needed to do.<\/p>\n

Lord, please I’m young,
\nI never thought I would die..
\nI thought I’d have plenty of time,
\nDeath caught me by surprise.<\/p>\n

Lord, I went to church, Please Jesus, I believe.
\nHe said you would not accept me,
\nMy love you would not receive.
\nLord, there were too many hypocrites. They weren’t being true.<\/p>\n

He took a step back and asked,
\nWhat does that have to do with you?
\nLord, my family claimed to be saved,
\nThey weren’t real. You know.<\/p>\n

He said, I died for you,
\nNow I have to go.
\nI fell to my knees crying to Him,
\nLord, I planned to be real tomorrow.<\/p>\n

I couldn’t make Him understand,
\nI had never felt such sorrow.
\nThen it hit me hard, I said,
\nLord, where will I go?<\/p>\n

He looked into my eyes
\nand said, My child you already know.<\/p>\n

Please Jesus, I begged,
\nThe place is so hot.
\nIt seemed to trouble and grieve him,
\nHe whispered while tears were running down His cheeks.
\nDEPART FROM ME, I KNOW YOU NOT.<\/p>\n

Lord, you’re supposed to be love,
\nHow can you send me to damnation?
\nHe replied, With your mouth you said you loved me,
\nBut each day you rejected my salvation.<\/p>\n

With that in an instant,
\nDay turned into night.
\nI never knew such torture could be,
\nNow too late, I know the Bible is right.<\/p>\n

If I can tell you anything,
\nHell has no age.
\nIt is a place of torture,
\nSeparated from God and full of rage.<\/p>\n

You know, I thought it was funny, a joke,
\nBut this one thing is true.
\nIf you never accept Jesus Christ,
\nHELL IS WAITING FOR YOU!<\/p>\n

So please, ask Him into your heart.<\/p>\n

” I know your doings–you are neither cold nor hot; I would that you were cold or hot! Accordingly, because you are lukewarm and neither hot nor cold, before long I will vomit you out of My mouth. You say, ‘I am rich, and have wealth stored up, and I stand in need of nothing’, and you do not know that if there is a wretched creature it is YOU–pitiable, poor, blind, naked. Therefore I counsel you to buy of Me gold refined in the fire that you may become rich, and white robes to put on, so as to hide your shameful nakedness, and eye-salve to anoint your eyes with, so that you may be able to see. All whom I love, I rebuke and chastise; therefore be earnest and repent. I am now standing at the door and am knocking. If any one listens to My voice and opens the door, I will go in to be with him and will feast with him, and he shall feast with Me.”<\/p>\n
