The Lord is Good.\u00a0 All the time the Lord is Good.\u00a0 I pray Blessings on you today.<\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Yesterday, in the devotion, I told you that God’s has His Angels to watch over and minister to us.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Read Psalms 91 and see another of God’s promises to us.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
<p><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
(Psalms 91:1-16) says: “He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.\u00a0 I will say\u00a0of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in who I trust. Surely He will save you from the fowler’s snare, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge, His faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.\u00a0 You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday. A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you.\u00a0 You will only observe with your eyes, and see the punishment of the wicked.\u00a0 If you made the Most High your dwelling, even the Lord, who is my refuge, then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways, they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone. You will tread upon the lion and the cobra, you will trample the great lion and the serpent. Because He loves me, says the Lord, I will rescue him.\u00a0 I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.\u00a0 He will call upon me, and I will answer him.\u00a0 I will be with him in trouble.\u00a0 I will deliver him and honor him, and show him my salvation.”<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
<p><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
WOW, did you get that.\u00a0 If we dwell in the presence of God, He will rescue, protect, acknowledge us. And when we call upon Him, He will answer us and be with us in times of trouble.\u00a0 He will also deliver us and HONOR us and show us His salvation.<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0 Just read that again.\u00a0 This is just another one of God’s promises to us<\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n

There is a story in my devotion Bible about a lady who had stopped at a red light.\u00a0 Before she knew it a man with a gun got in her car.\u00a0 That morning she had just read Psalms 91.\u00a0 In desperation, all she could say was feathers, feathers, feathers.\u00a0 The hijacker panicked. He shouted, Lady you are crazy and he jumped out of the car.<\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n
<p><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
How precious to know that when we can’t think of a promise word for word, or when we don’t have time to quote a promise for the situation in which we find ourselves, God knows His promises and He knows our heart.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
<p><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
As you all know, one of our daughters\u00a0 was suppose to get married.\u00a0 Her father and myself knew that she did not need to married the gentleman.\u00a0 We felt that something was just not right.\u00a0 We prayed and prayed that whatever it was about the gentleman that was not right would be made manifest.\u00a0 Well guess what God answered our prayers, and the young man’s problem came to surface.\u00a0 But the special thing\u00a0 about it, was less than 30 seconds after Joe and I read Psalms 91 out loud, and Joe then prayed Psalms 91 over our family, the phone rung and what was said to us over the phone lead\u00a0her to make the right decision and canceled the wedding.\u00a0 See God promises to us for being faithful came true.<\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n
